For more efficient time management, increased productivity and better flexibility, ICA uses a secure, web-based claims management system (ICA CMS) specifically designed for Casualty & Property claims. In addition to on-line claims assignment, clients and adjusters have 24-hour access to real-time claims information, i.e. reports, pictures, adjusters’ progress notes, payments, subrogation, salvage & litigation, and claims status. A hierarchical, robust user validation process guarantees that clients and adjusters have access only to their assigned claims.
